    • We will be exploring three key components of Wellbeing that are hugely important to your overall wellbeing. These are: Physical Wellbeing, Psychological Wellbeing, and Relational Wellbeing. In addition, the course will allow you to look at your own wellbeing needs and goals.

      Throughout this course we will use a variety of methods and tools, such as exercises, practical and reflective activities, which are designed to encourage you to actively learn and experience a proactive attitude towards your wellbeing. We will share with you knowledge about the different components of Wellbeing so that you can better understand how they affect your life and how you can work with them.

      One element of the course will be a diagnosis of your Wellbeing needs and goals. Through various exercises and activities, you will be able to identify your own needs and goals for wellbeing, stress management and relationship building. We will support you and provide you with tools to help you take care of yourself and your quality of life.

      1.Physical wellbeing (sleep, nutrition, physical movement)
