    • In this part of the course we will focus on the strategy, programme and process of introducing wellbieng into workplaces and organisations.

      Wellbieng in an organisation is no longer just a fashionable trend, but has become an integral part of an organisation's strategy for growth and success. Looking after the wellbeing of employees is of paramount importance for organisational effectiveness. Research clearly shows that satisfied, healthy and motivated employees are more engaged, productive and creative.

      In our course we will look at the process of implementing wellbieng in organisations. We will look at how to plan, implement and monitor a wellbieng programme to benefit both employees and the organisation as a whole. We will learn what factors need to be considered and what steps need to be taken to ensure the successful implementation of wellbieng in the workplace.

      In addition, we will explore the relationship between wellbieng and organisational effectiveness. We will learn how caring for employee wellbeing translates into achieving organisational goals and how wellbieng can become a strategic tool for corporate success.

      Finally, we will discuss good wellbieng practices in different companies. We will look at inspiring examples of how organisations have implemented innovative and effective wellbieng programmes that have improved employee satisfaction, increased engagement and improved the overall organisational climate.
